Sweet cooked agave opens the nose alongside ripe red berries, dried plum, and cherry with a whisper of vanilla and black pepper. The triple-cask aging adds fruit complexity without losing agave definition — round and layered on the palate, with a warm, lingering finish. 43% ABV. Made at the Feliciano Vivanco distillery (NOM 1414) in the Highlands of Arandas, Jalisco — the Vivanco family has farmed agave for five generations. This reposado is aged in equal thirds of French Syrah, Spanish Sherry, and Portuguese Port barrels, a combination that produces the natural blush hue without additives. Double-distilled in copper pot stills from 100% Blue Weber agave.
