Wilderness Trail Wheated Bourbon Small Batch (Yellow Label)

Wilderness Trail Distillery's Small Batch, Wheated, Bottled in Bond Bourbon has a mashbill of 64% corn, 24% wheat and 12% malted barley. We locally source our corn and wheat and make it using our sweet mash process. A mix of vanilla, caramel, and mild oak make up the nose with ever-slight hints of wild flowers. The bourbon tastes of leather, pecans, burnt  vanilla, and astringent oak. It finishes with a pop of caramel, light grain, maltiness, and mild oak.
