This bottling of Wild Turkey has been aged for at least 6 years before coming out of the barrel at 109 proof, it is only diluted slightly before bottling at 101 proof. With a mashbill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, 12% Malted Barley. Scents of vanilla, baking spices, rye grain and toasted oak with a hint of toffee. Baking spices, sharp oak, along with a gentle layer of vanilla of the palate. Finishing nice and long.
