The Vivanco family has been growing agave since at least 1929 and established their own distillery in 1994. Master Distiller Sergio Cruz — one of the most acclaimed young distillers in Mexico — oversees production. The distillery also produces Lost Lore, Compoveda, Gran Dovejo, and many other respected labels. Fermented with classical music and champagne yeast. Certified additive-free.
