Panama 2015 is a 6 year old rum from the Transcontinental Rum Line which uses two phase aging. The rum is made from fermented molasses and was distilled using a Column Still in 2015. Aged in Panama's tropical climate for 6 years in American oak barrels. Finally, it was transported to France, where it was bottled at 43%. No added coloring or sugar. Amber in color with brown-gold reflections. Aromas of candied orange, coconut, apricot, caramel. On the palate, chocolate, vanilla, orange, flowers, spices, and chestnuts. Medium long finish with flowers, spices, tobacco, cocoa, and honey notes.
