Cooked agave, butterscotch, vanilla, and cinnamon on the nose with light oak. The palate shows sweet agave, black pepper, vanilla, and oak with a medium-length finish. Bottled at 40% ABV. Tierra Noble Reposado is aged in American and French white oak barrels at NOM 1558 in Mazamitla, Jalisco — at 7,200 feet above sea level. The Herrera family distillery uses a malolactic secondary fermentation process uncommon in tequila production, which contributes creamy buttery notes. Blue Weber agave sourced from both Los Altos and the Valley of Tequila.
