Earthy cooked agave, fresh herbs, spearmint, and freshly cut grass on the nose. The palate delivers raw vegetal agave, floral notes, cracked black pepper, and clean minerality through a long, satisfying finish. Bottled at 40% ABV. Suerte Blanco is produced at NOM 1530 in San Francisco de Asis, Jalisco by Master Distiller Pedro Hernandez Barba. The tahona stone grinds the agave for 17 hours — approximately four times longer than industry average — preserving every layer of earthy, vegetal complexity. Fermented in open-air wooden vats, double-distilled. One of the rare tahona-only tequila brands. Available here in 1-liter format.
