Master distiller Lance Winters built this vodka to capture the full range of pepper flavor, not just spice, using five California grown pepper varieties, jalapeños, serranos, habaneros, and red and yellow bell peppers, each infused separately through a vapor infusion technique that passes alcohol vapor through a basket of fresh peppers to avoid bitterness.
