St. George's take on a Japanese style whisky is a single malt distilled from two-row and lightly roasted American barley that has been aged for ex-Bourbon and ex-French Wine casks before being finished in casks that previously held a Japanese style plum liqueur made from California fruit. The whiskey is also maple charcoal filtered for extra mellowness.
