Cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, light oak, and baking spice on the nose. The palate shows good Valley agave character — earthier than a highland anejo — with barrel-derived caramel, pepper, and a clean, well-balanced finish. Bottled at 40% ABV. Siembra Valles Anejo is produced at Cascahuin (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco under the direction of David Suro Pinera. Valley-grown Blue Weber agave cooked in brick ovens and aged in American oak barrels. Siembra's Valles program draws specifically on the Tequila Valley terroir — earthier and more mineral than the Los Altos highland character found in many top-shelf anejos. Additive-free.
