Made from Queen Charlotte and March violets of the Alps, this is a pure creme de violette, with no added vanilla or fruit. Makes a beautiful "bridging" ingredient in classic cocktails, like the Aviation and Blue Moon. Mix with dry or sweet sparkling wines.
