Agricole Rhum distilled from 100% estate-grown sugarcane by Rhum J.M in Martinique. Distilled in a Creole column still, and aged for 3 years in new American oak, and finished in re-charred, ex-bourbon barrels. A fresh nose full of dried apricot and tarragon, the palate opens up to tobacco leaf, oak, and a touch of caramel. Great in cocktails.
