RACHO Mezcal was started to showcase the work and determination of our Maestro Mezcalero, Temo Garcia, and his family. Our Mezcal is a delicious and balanced blend of hand-picked, matured Espadin Agave from the hillsides of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, Mexico, distilled using methods passed down through generations.
Temo's name for the Palenque is Rancho Geuu Y Doo and it is nestled in the highlands of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range in San Dionisio Ocotepec, OAX, MX. Our small batch process utilizes hand-picked, sugar-rich agave angustifolia hearts. This land has been in the family for generations.

We slow-roast our agave hearts underground for 4-5 days utilizing Desert Pine and Volcanic Rock.
