The Representative is a Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey made from approximately 20 barrels that are aged for a minimum of 2 Congressional Terms (4 Years) at a barrel entry of 120 proof. The mash bill is made up of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, & 4% Barley. Strong notes of vanilla, cherry, and peach on the nose. Citrus and tobacco on the palate, finished with long sweet vanilla notes and spice.
