Elegant bubbles, which rise with great energy. a striking balance of fruit purity and richness a vein of focused acidity runs through an otherwise creamy texture, and a kiss of residual sugar provides for a rounded mouthfeel. 

A blend of three single vineyards, which combined total nine hectares. The first vineyard is in touraine, among rolling green hills; the second is in the historic appellation of montlouis, with tuffeau subsoils and sandy topsoils; and the third is planted in flinty clay soils alongside the central loire river. 

Primary fermentation in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. Secondary fermentation in bottle.
24 months lees aging. 0.8 g/l dosage
