A blend of three single vineyards, which combined total nine hectares. The first vineyard is in touraine, among rolling green hills; the second is in the historic appellation of montlouis, with tuffeau subsoils and sandy topsoils; and the third is planted in flinty clay soils alongside the central loire river.
Primary fermentation in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. Secondary fermentation in bottle.
24 months lees aging. 0.8 g/l dosage
