Fidora Prosecco is made from 100% Biodynamic farmed Glera in a XV century estate in Venice province. The Mediterranean climate and the terroir close to the sea near Venice gives a perfect aroma to this sparkling wine. Fresh, fruity with hints of green apple and white flowers.  Fine and elegant in the mouth with a direct and clean flavor and good persistence.
