NV Domaine Achard-Vincent Clairette de Die “Tradition”, Southern Rhone, France

Tradition dating back to Gallic times over 2000 years ago. Vinified according to traditional ancestral methods. Naturally sweet, no sugar nor yeasts are added. This pale yellow hue wine is rich in Muscat and has an astonishing finesse of bubbles. The nose is delicate, aromatic and fruity (lychee, old rose, candied citrus). It is a well balanced wine offering a fine foam with summer flavors.
