The Cuvée Préférence is a blend of different plots from the villages of Chigny les Roses, Rilly la Montagne, Villers Allerand, and Ludes. This beautiful balance makes this vintage the “Jules LASSALLE style”. This wine is said to be about pleasure, sharing, even concentration of finesse and elegance. The typicality of our soil gives our wines this freshness in the mouth and this note of minerality that the chalk brings us. The mouth is round, suave and lively. A very balanced and flavorful champagne.

We use 40% reserve wines from 2017 with a harvest base of 2018, which guarantees a real identity to our wines.
