Half 'n' Half is an 11-year-old blended whisky from Murray McDavid's Crafted Blend collection, combining single malt from four Speyside distilleries with sweet single grain from the Lowlands, in an even half and half ratio. Matured in bourbon hogsheads, this blend was then transferred for finishing in beer hogsheads from the MOOR Beer Co.

Nose: Hoppy citrus notes, floral honey on oatcakes.

Palate: Further zest and lemony tang, sweet vanilla fudge, and a touch of bitter oak.

Finish: Honeyed granola, toasted nuts, woody liquorice spice.
