The palate is thick and oily with warm agave sweetness, silky anise (licorice), light spice, and a natural sweetness through the medium finish. Bottled at 45.5% ABV. Mi Casa is an estate tequila — all Blue Weber agave is grown on land owned by the distillery. This blanco uses Michoacan-sourced agave, distilled at Casa Tequilera de Arandas (NOM 1499), then rested in stainless steel for 6 months to integrate and soften without adding barrel character.
