MIDDLE WEST DARK PUMPERNICKEL RYE

This small batch craft rye whiskey is made from 95% rye, 5% malted barley, and is aged in new American oak barrels. The nose is a rich balance of caramel, chocolate, and pepper. The taste is sweet and rich with a lingering rye spice and a lingering vanilla finish. The mouthfeel is full bodied with a long, spicy finish.
