The Chihuahuan Desert Gin is made from a corn-based neutral spirit, which is ten times distilled. Once at the distillery, Marfa water is added to bring the spirit down to our desired proof level.

A London Dry style (juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon, lime) with an accent of grapefruit.
