Made by Angelica Garcia Vasquez, the agave was stone milled pressed and fermented in cypress wood. Hearty earthy/soil characteristics hit your palate first. Then a splash of salinity lightens the flavors and transitions into notes of vegetale and white pepper which create a savory finish.
