Cooked agave, wet cement, and olive on the nose — classic Los Altos highland mineral character. The palate delivers agave sweetness, minerality, fresh grass, and a light citrus note. Clean and direct. Bottled at 43% ABV. Lost Lore Tahona Blanco uses a stone tahona for extraction rather than a roller mill — a more labor-intensive process that preserves the agave fibers through fermentation and produces a denser, more textured distillate. Produced by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at NOM 1414 (Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados) in Arandas, Los Altos, Jalisco. Fermented in stainless steel with champagne yeast and classical music. Additive-free.
