Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Law's flagship Four Grain Bourbon is crafted from the four “American mother grains”: corn, wheat, barley, and rye. This edition is made from a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 10% rye, 10% barley and aged for over three years. Typical of small run bottlings, the ABV and flavour profile may vary from batch to batch. Sweet aromas of roasted corn, grilled peppers, cayenne pepper and orange blossoms. The palate is of chewy leather, toasted wheat, caramel, vanilla, and spicy rye. The finish is accented by touches of spicy rye and moist tobacco.
