Kubler Original is bottled at 53% ABV. A blanche style of Absinthe, this is the original family recipe dating back to 1863 . Consisting of 9 botanicals, and utilizing Wormwood sourced exclusively from the Val de Travers. Grassy and floral with violet blossom. Fennel, coriander and aniseed on the nose. Dry and slightly on the bitter side, woody herbal wormwood notes on the palate. Long, slightly bitter, herbal finish.
