We use our rice shochu as the base for Komasa Gin. Coming from the same producer of award-winning Kanosuke Distillery. This citrus forward craft gin is made with local Japanese mandarins, "Komikan". The fruit is packed with a mellow fragrance, and a sweet thick taste of citrus. Our goal is to utilize and express the natural fragrances and flavors of our quality ingredients to the fullest.
