High Wire Distilling Hat Trick Botanical Gin

This gin from South Carolina uses whole dried juniper berries from the Pacific Northwest, and botanicals including cardamom and coriander. The result is a well-balanced, citrus-forward gin with a juniper backbone. Floral on the nose. Licorice, lemon, orange, and light pine on the palate. Well-balanced, long finish.
