Bright and classically structured on the nose, with concentrated juniper and citrus peel up front alongside coriander and a warm spice backbone. The palate is full-bodied for a London Dry, with a clean, crisp finish and excellent botanical balance. Built for martinis.
Hayman's is one of the oldest continuous gin-distilling families in Britain, with a recipe dating to 1863. The distillery relocated to London in 2018, back to within four miles of the original 19th-century site after operating from Essex for many years. This is the 1L format of their flagship London Dry expression, made with ten botanicals and distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
