A nose of roasted agave, sweet earth, pine resin, and cooked fruit — more rustic and complex than standard G4 Blanco. The palate shows the same bold agave character as the 40% version but with added earthiness, a slightly smoky backbone, and a longer, more mineral finish from the wood fermentation. Bottled at 40% ABV. G4 Blanco de Madera is one of Felipe Camarena's limited experimental releases at El Pandillo (NOM 1579), where the agave juice is fermented in wood vats rather than stainless steel. This process imparts additional earthy, resinous notes to the distillate before it is bottled as an unaged blanco. Each lot is hand-numbered. Additive-free.
