Caramelized agave, olive brine, mint, and white pepper on the nose — complex and slightly wild. The palate is oily and crisp with green agave, rich cooked plant notes, pepper, and light citrus. The finish is mineral and clean. Bottled at 40% ABV. Don Fulano Blanco is rested 60 days in stainless steel with no oak exposure. Produced at La Tequilena Distillery (NOM 1146) in Tequila, Jalisco by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca, using estate-grown Los Altos highland agave. Distilled to 50-55% ABV then cut with demineralized deep-well water. No charcoal filtration, no additives. A reference-level highland blanco.
