Dolin Genepy Le Chamois Liqueur is a legendary, intensely herbal liqueur from the French Alps. It's made from 30 different local herbs but the most prominent is Génépy, or "mountain sage". Made by Dolin in an alembic still since 1821. It is traditionally served after a fondue, with chocolate or in hot chocolate, and adds herbal notes to gin and soda, and many classic cocktails.
