Vivid and aromatic on the nose, with prickly pear and orange blossom coming through immediately alongside a soft floral sweetness, rounded out by coriander and light juniper. The palate is fruit-forward and medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly sweet finish and a clean herbal tail.
Condesa is produced in Mexico City and built around botanicals that celebrate Mexican biodiversity. The Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom expression adds two distinctly Mexican botanicals to the core Clasica recipe, which already features palo santo, sage, xoconostle, and azahar. Each botanical is hand-selected by the maestra destiladora.
