This scotch comes from a blend of single malts sourced from some of Scotland's finest producers. 48% of the whisky is aged in ex-sherry casks, while a further 25% sees ex-Spanish red wine casks, for a totally distinct scotch experience. The nose boasts ripe blood orange and toasted vanilla pod. The palate brings notes of sponge cake, chocolate chip and raisin cookies and almond. A long finish, with hints of vanilla panna cotta, berries and cherries.
