Combier Liqueur de Sureau Elderflower

Combier's elderflower crème is made entirely by hand, with elderflowers harvested and trimmed by hand before macerating in alcohol for several months, a slow, artisanal process consistent with the same Loire Valley traditions that have defined the Saumur distillery since Jean-Baptiste Combier's 1834 breakthrough.
