Clairin Sonson Haitian Rum 2018

Made here from sugar cane of the Madame Meuze variety, which gives the distillate floral and slightly mineral notes. Sugar cane syrup is used for production, and distillation takes place in stills. Delightful banana aromas. Rich but very balanced ont he palate. Finishing long with a lovely smooth texture.
