Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur

Fresh, vibrant passion fruit dominates the nose alongside tropical pineapple and mango, with the palate carrying ripe passion fruit pulp into orange marmalade and a touch of vanilla before a long, clean finish.

Made from a rare variety of passion fruit locally called Sweetie, grown only in a small region of the Dominican Republic's Samaná Peninsula. The fruit is hand harvested at night to preserve its delicate aromatics, with each bottle containing the essence of more than thirty individual passion fruits. A favorite among competitive bartenders, playing a role in the cocktail that won the 2019 World Class Bartender of the Year title.
