The original Chairman’s Reserve recipe is matured an additional three years after blending for a total age of 8–11 years in used American oak barrels. Rich, dark-gold mahogany color. Wonderfully intense nose of sweet raisins, sultana and hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate, intense with sweet honeyed fruit and spices giving a wonderfully balanced and complex rum.
