An accessible, unaged blanco built for mixing. Bottled at 38% ABV. Cazcabel is produced by the Vazquez family in Atotonilco El Alto in the highlands of Jalisco — fourth-generation tequileros who grow their own agave in mineral-rich, high-altitude soil. The elevated terroir allows agave to grow larger and develop more natural sweetness. The distillery uses many traditional hand processes. Available here in 1-liter format.
