Castle & Key Roots of Ruin Gin

A gin made using the distillery's rye whiskey mash bill as its base: 63% rye, 20% malted barley, and 17% yellow corn. Infused with a variety of botanicals: Juniper, Chamomile, Ginger, Rosemary, Licorice Root, Lemon Verbena, Coriander, and Angelica Root. The whiskey mashbill gives this gin a much more robust and fatty mouthfeel, making this gin the ideal spirit for martinis and other gin-forward cocktails.
