One of three Camus Cognacs developed using grapes grown on the Île de Ré, an island off of the west coast of France that lies in the Bois à Terroirs/Bois Ordinaires cru. The Cliffside Cellar release spends a second maturation in the Fort de La Prée, a historic building situated just a few feet from the ocean. This cognac presents a light gold color, with a complex, spicy nose with vanilla and smoky hints. The palate brings the fruitiness of dried grapes, hints of orange and the sweetness of salted caramel.
