The 100% Coffey still rum was crafted using a blend of double distilled rums from Dominican molasses before it was aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks and charcoal-filtered after blending to remove color and soften the finish. Medium-bodied with a creamy mid-palate and a clean finish, ripe plantain and toasted coconut featurre prominently. This white rum packs way more punch than most in its class.
