Oak softens the Highland agave into vanilla, banana, and honey on the nose, with caramel and orange zest underneath. The palate follows through — cooked agave, baking spice, and soft oak without any harsh barrel edges. Finish is long and dry, with vanilla and caramel holding to the end. Rested in American oak long enough to add structure without masking the agave. Same Los Altos terroir as the Blanco — the Reposado is the middle step in the lineup, where fruit and wood find their balance before the Añejo takes over.
