Bright and mineral on the nose: cooked agave, orange zest, honey, cucumber, and sea salt with a crack of white pepper. The palate is citrus-forward and floral — pineapple, clove, honeydew, and a subtle bell pepper earthiness with hints of brine underneath. Finish is crisp, peppery, and clean. Highland-grown Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, where the elevation and red clay soils produce a more delicate, fruit-driven profile than the earthier Lowlands. Alma del Jaguar bottles unaged — nothing between the agave and the glass.
