Bruleed fruits, sweet agave, earth, and citrus on the nose. The palate delivers full cooked agave flavor, stone fruits, light toasted vanilla, a cinnamon punch, and light pepper. Medium finish, slightly creamy. Bottled at 40% ABV. Viva Mexico Reposado is aged an average of 8 months in used American white oak at NOM 1414 — the Feliciano Vivanco distillery in Arandas. Produced by Sergio Cruz using estate-grown Los Altos agave, brick ovens, roller mill extraction, and stainless steel fermentation with classical music. The Vivanco family agave growing reputation is the foundation of this expression. Certified additive-free.
