100% Verdejo from one of the oldest, un- grafted vineyards in Europe with vines averaging 150 years old. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 9 months on the lees in both stainless and oak.
A dry and bright wine with notes of white flowers, white peach, citrus; lemon and mandarin and hints of under ripe tropical fruit; pineapple and guava, hints of fresh grass and aniseed. The finish is long and complex, Marcona almond and an ocean water salinity.
