This wine is composed of 100% Zinfandel from 51 year old vines on the Tres Sabores Estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley. After fermentation, this wine is aged in 30% new French oak for 22 months. Sumptuous berry-forward aromas and spicy, black-pepper, white-pepper, and Aleppo-pepper flavors lend a unique and complex character to this wine. A wine with a cultured taste and a capacious soul.
