Teutonic Wine Co Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon

Every year Teutonic looks forward to harvesting Crow Valley Vineyard. Crow Valley Vineyard is a 16-acre, dry-farmed vineyard in the southern Willamette Valley. It gives off beautiful fruit and gorgeous Pinot Noir. As this wine ages (not that long), the acid recedes and a delightful, acid driven, fruity Pinot emerges. This Pinot Noir is medium bodied, with tart red fruit touched by bing cherries, spearmint and earth and bright acidity.
