A very low yield Albariño, but the fruit was blessed with a lushly concentrated flavor that helps create a wintry white of remarkable complexity and soaring, laserlike acidity. This is definitely a richer and fuller-bodied version of Albariño thanks to the thirteen months spent in barrel. Lemongrass, straw, crunchy minerality, and honeycomb wrapped in a crisp sheet of acidity.
