This wine comes from our coolest Limouxin terroirs: the highest altitude parts of the Haute-Vallée and Océanique. Grapes harvested later develop a very interesting acidity. This Chardonnay, which stands out for its freshness and minerality, comes from vines plunging their roots deep into calcareous soil of lake origin. 

This Chardonnay’s pale yellow color is brilliant, luminous and limpid. On the nose, it has complex mixing floral notes with a dominant mineral, and it expresses all the freshness and minerality of this Chardonnay with a complex finish.
